The Wells is a 98-acre commercial development encompassing a 62-acre retail power center anchored by Wal-Mart and Home Depot stores. Located on State Route 238, at its intersection with Porter Road, The Wells was the first Power Center to serve the community of Maricopa, AZ. Ricor, Inc. delivered a comprehensive site development package for the project developer, providing earthwork, onsite asphalt paving, site concrete, landscaping, site electrical, traffic signal, permanent fencing, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water mains and significant off-site work on the 6-lane arterial Porter Road.
