Power Marketplace is a retail development located on 35-acres in the Power Ranch master-planned community in Queen Creek, AZ. The shopping center is anchored by an LA Fitness health club and includes an additional 26,566-square-feet of leasable space that houses a variety of office, retail, and healthcare tenants. Ricor, Inc. performed earthwork, onsite and offsite paving, site concrete, permanent fencing, traffic signal and underground utilities on the project.
