Working under a development agreement between the Town of Gilbert and the Home Depot, Inc., Ricor, Inc. expanded and improved Power Road from Rittenhouse Road to Germann Road near the Power Ranch master-planned community. Ricor’s scope of work included demolition, waterline, sewer line, basin excavation, grading, paving, concrete, traffic signals, electrical and street light work.
