The Durango Regional Conveyance Channel (DRCC) is a large retention basin and channel that runs from 75th Ave. to 107th Ave., north of Broadway Road in the Estrella area of Phoenix. The channel was constructed for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County and is controlled by the City of Phoenix. Ricor, Inc. performed underground storm sewer and irrigation work for the project.
