Mill Crossing is a 170,000 square-foot shopping center constructed on 17-acres in Chandler, AZ. The center is anchored by a JC Penney department store and includes a variety of other retail and restaurant tenants. Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork, on-site and off-site asphalt paving, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, irrigation, and water main work for the project.
