Metrocenter

Originally built in 1973, Metrocenter is a regional shopping mall that underwent a complete exterior remodel in 2005. Anchored by Macy’s, Sears, and Dillards department stores, the property includes 1.4 million-square-feet of retail space. The asphalt parking lot surrounding the property represents approximately 60-acres of the 94-acre site and, as part of the remodel, the lot was repaved by Ricor, Inc. in phases without interruption to the mall’s ongoing operation.
