Biltmore Fashion Park

Originally built in 1963, the Biltmore Fashion Park is an outdoor specialty retail center that was completely overhauled in 2006. Anchored by Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores, the property includes 535,430-square-feet of gross leasable area, with ten different high-end restaurants and numerous clothing and specialty boutiques. The asphalt parking lot surrounding the property represents nearly 15-acres of the 29-acre site and, as part of the remodel, the entire lot was repaved by Ricor, Inc. in phases without interruption to the mall’s ongoing operation.
