Crossroads Towne Center is a 1.3 Million square-foot regional entertainment and power center located on 140-acres in Gilbert, AZ. Anchor tenants of the center include Home Depot, Harkins Theatres, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sport Chalet, PetSmart, and Staples. Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork and on-site and off-site asphalt paving on the project.

Working for various clients, Ricor, Inc. has completed work at Costco warehouse stores throughout the Valley; including the Avondale-Gateway Pavilions, Gilbert-San Tan, and Mesa locations. Under tight schedule and quality constraints, Ricor, Inc. successfully performed earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete, and underground utility work on these warehouse retail projects.

Originally built in 1963, the Biltmore Fashion Park is an outdoor specialty retail center that was completely overhauled in 2006.
