Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork, asphalt paving, and site concrete work for the Convent for the Catholic Sisters from the Order of the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Xavier College Preparatory Roman Catholic High School in downtown Phoenix. The 9,100-square-foot facility acts as the residence and gathering place for the Sisters who teach at Xavier Prep; only all-girls, private, Catholic high school in Phoenix.
