The Vivo Building is a 33,000-square-foot Class A office building opened for business in the Cotton Center master planned business park in central Phoenix. The building features a cyber café and lounge, fitness center, meditation and massage room, a barbecue balcony, and shared conference room with smart displays. Ricor, Inc. performed earthwork, asphalt paving, underground utilities, and site concrete work for the project.
