Schumacher European Mercedes-Benz is a luxury auto dealership located in North Scottsdale. The new 93,400 square-foot facility, that consolidates showroom, sales, and service on 9-acres and allowed Schumacher to double its size from its previous location. The modern steel, aluminum, and glass facility includes a rooftop parking garage and is part of a 13-dealer master-planned auto mall built on the former Chauncey Arabian Horse Ranch. Ricor, Inc. performed earthwork and asphalt paving on the project.
