Microprocessor Chip Fabrication Facility – Chandler, AZ

Back in 1994, Ricor, Inc. was one of the original contractors at the 680-acre Chandler campus of this confidential client and we have been a part of each new expansion ever since. After 18 years, Ricor, Inc. continues to perform mass excavation, structural excavation and backfill, complete hardscape packages, wet and dry utility installation and refurbishment, site concrete, asphalt paving, site fencing and landscaping. To date, Ricor has completed over 56 separate contracts on the campus and approximately 8 million cubic-yards of soil have been moved. The latest project is a multi-billion dollar silicon chip factory that will manufacture microprocessors at an incomprehensibly small 14-nanometer scale. In order to meet the initial mass excavation schedule, Ricor, Inc. completed a cut/fill operation of approximately 750,000 CY in 30 calendar days with restricted working hours.
