American Express Desert Ridge

The American Express Phoenix Campus is situated on 94-acres in Northeast Phoenix. The campus consists of two 190,000-square-foot office buildings and a 182,000-square foot Central Services Building. The office facility houses a data communication center, kitchen, and cafeteria with seating for over 700, a health center, and office space for 3,100 employees. The information processing center processes all billings and credit card data for American Express cardholders throughout the western hemisphere. Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork and asphalt paving for the project.
