SanTan Village is a regional shopping center built in Gilbert, AZ in 2007. The sprawling outdoor mall is anchored by Dillard’s, Macy’s, and Harkins Theatres and is comprised of 927,692-square-feet of gross leasable space on a 121-acre site. Ricor, Inc. constructed the parking lot and loop roads for the project and performed earthwork, onsite and offsite asphalt paving, underground utilities, site masonry, site concrete and lime stabilization.
