Scottsdale Pavilions at Talking Stick

  • Retail & Entertainment

Originally built in 1991 (and formerly known as the Scottsdale Pavilions), the Pavilions at Talking Stick was the first power center to be built in Arizona on Native American land. The 1.1 million square-foot retail center is positioned on 144-acres adjacent to the Talking Stick Resort & Golf Club and the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick. As part of a comprehensive site renovation in 2009, Ricor, Inc. drained, dredged, backfilled, and compacted two large ornamental lakes and cleared several large landscaped areas to create an additional 17-acres of expansion.
