Fulton Ranch Marketplace is a mixed-use development that is part of the 520-acre Fulton Ranch master-planned community. The center is anchored by a CVS Pharmacy, Fresh & Easy grocery, and a Chase Bank branch and also includes 65,000 additional square-feet of office and retail space, spread over eleven separate buildings. Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork, asphalt paving, lime stabilization, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main installation on the project.
