Ryan West Business Park is a 242,863 square-foot distribution center constructed on 14-acres in Tolleson, AZ. The facility currently acts as a distribution hub for the Circle K convenience stores, with 31 truck bays distributing to 580 store locations in the Arizona and Nevada market. Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork, on-site and off-site asphalt paving, and site concrete work for the project.
