Ricor, Inc. performed the earthwork and asphalt paving for this unique infill project in the heart of downtown Tempe, AZ. With the goal of turning a narrow vacant plot of city-owned land into a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood street, the first phase of the mixed-use project is a five-story senior housing development with 186 residential condominiums. The final master-planned site includes 54,000-square-feet of retail and gallery space and a planned city library.
