The City of Goodyear owns approximately 40 acres of land at the northwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road, which has been designated as the future City Center. Working under a public/private partnership between the City and Goodyear Civic Center Developers, LLC., Ricor, Inc. relocated the Roosevelt Irrigation District (RID) canal segment located at the former Soil Aquifer Treatment (SAT) facility on the site.
