Located on the northern edge of Phoenix, the sprawling USAA Norterra Phoenix Campus includes offices for all of the company’s primary lines of business. Comprised of six three-story, interconnected office buildings totaling 644,756-square-feet, the LEED-Certified facility includes cafeterias, company stores, a fitness center, and a Child Development Center among other amenities. Ricor, Inc. performed asphalt paving and site concrete work on the project.
